Job Description:

Originally focused on heavy machinery, Razor Labs is now expanding into mobile fleets through an innovative initiative that aims to minimize truck downtime and boost utilization by using AI technology to forecast malfunctions.

As a Director Of Program Management at Razor Labs, you will lead and deliver complex projects (hardware and software) of the new initiative of DataMind AI implementation for global customers (fortune 500 companies).

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving continuous improvement in project management practices. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development processes. The position requires travelling around the world once a month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple software projects to ensure successful delivery within scope and timeline constraints.
• Define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage global project managers.
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and ensure collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.
  
  

• At least 8 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
• Experience in managing a team abroad
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience in leading complex global projects.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. Specialization in mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• The position includes flights abroad
  
  

• Direct experience in mobile fleet operations or maintenance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools. Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications is an asset.
• Professional Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification demonstrating project management expertise
