We are seeking a young skille Vibration Analyst to grow and be the foremost authority in our company on Condition Monitoring and Reliability. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our reputation as a leader in AI-driven predictive maintenance. Working closely with vibration experts, clients and R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on and in depth understanding of equipment/machine/ assets failures, root causes.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge in condition monitoring and reliability to analyze complex sensor data, with a focus on vibration analysis. This role demands an adept understanding of interpreting sensor data for effective diagnostic solutions, ensuring optimal equipment maintenance and reliability.
• Work closely with mining and vibration experts, debate, make recommendations and support decisions.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a mechanical engineer, preferably in industries such as mining.
• Understanding of mechanical dynamics, structural mechanics, and vibration theory.
• Inquisitive, sharp, and possessing outstanding problem-solving skills with a strong capacity for critical and analytical thinking
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively in a global environment.
