Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Foreman at Horizon Capital HR Consultancies in Ruhama. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing and coordinating workers, ensuring quality control, and facilitating communication among team members. The Construction Foreman will also liaise with civil engineers and operate heavy equipment as needed.

We are looking for 25 foremen(civil background )from Sri Lanka. 

Salary - $.2,400.00 (per month)

Working hours - 9 hours in a day 6 days working in week.

Contract tenure- 5 years contract 

Job location - Israel 🇮🇱 

● English / Arabic is mandatory. 

● 5 Have experience in managing workers in the field of finishing works and skeleton works.

● 6 Work manager in skeleton works in construction - ironwork, frames.

● 6 Work manager for finishing works in construction - plaster, paint, plaster, masonry

● Knowledge of reading work plans. 

● Salary: 2400 dollars net

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction
