System Administrator position @ Raft Technologies

About the position:

• Responsible for providing technical support for the entire company.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Maintain the IT equipment inventory.
• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, network equipment, and Firewall.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software for all the company employees.
• Prepare and install new employees’ computers.
• Maintain & troubleshoot network equipment – Switch, Router, FW
• Ongoing communication with various suppliers and service providers

Required skills:

5+ years’ experience as System Administrator

Hands-on experience with:

• Networking and TCP/IP (LAN/WAN, routing and switching)- MUST.
• Windows (MUST) and Linux servers (MUST)
• Security and cyber-Infrastructures: firewalls, IP/sec. AV/EDR
• Cloud Infrastructures: Azure\office 365\Intune\MDM\SAAS
• Microsoft Infrastructures: AD\DNS\DHCP\GPO
• Microsoft cloud Infrastructures: Azure\365
• Windows 7/10/11
• Virtualization and VMware
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell (Advantage)
