Senior Technical Writer

XM Cyber is a global leader in hybrid cloud security. XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premise and multi-cloud networks. The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.

As a senior technical writer in XM Cyber’s Product department, you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining product documentation, including user guides, release notes, known issues, and API guides, according to a 3-week release schedule
• Collaborating with UX to write and improve feature microcopy and in-app notifications
• Collaborating with Research to write and improve technique, remediation, and control documentation
• Tracking and authorizing release contents for Product and CS
  
  

• At least 4 years experience in the field
• Experience with UX writing
• Proven experience writing API documentation
• Experience, with recommendations, managing PM, R&D, UX, Research, and CS relationships
• Ability to work in an environment with dynamic processes
• Ability to define and hew to templates and style guides
• English at mother-tongue level
• Experience with most of these tools: GitHub, Confluence, Jira, Figma, Visual Studio, Pendo, Lokalise, Swagger, Salesforce
• Experience with most of these languages/formats: YAML, MD, JSON, HTML
