Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We are looking for a senior hands-on python automation developer and Team lead with an aspiration for a team manager role to lead automation test flows development.

In this position, you will lead a team of SW developers and automation engineers architecting, deploying, Integrating and supporting cutting-edge systems.

What will your job look like?

Lead and mentor team of 4-6 talented Automation engineers

Responsible for the development and maintenance of test content and automation tools and E2E flow

Support integration and stabilization of tests in the CI

Develop, document, and maintain the test strategy and test scenarios

Lead Debug and Solve complex issues

All you need is:

BSc in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering

At least 5 years' experience as an automation/sw developer engineer

Strong knowledge in Python - at least 3 years of experience

Previous experience as a team lead - a significant advantage

Knowledge in Linux environment - a significant advantage

Knowledge in CI/CD tools - Jenkins and GIT

Ability to work independently on various tasks while providing a clear picture about the status of your team

Excellent communication and management skills

Fluent in English
