Agile manager/ Senior scrum master JB-3429

A leading and growing global gaming company is currently looking for an experienced Agile Manager & Compliance Lead who will

strengthen our team and manage software development and game production processes. The

person in this position will be responsible for implementing agile methodologies throughout

teams that have not used them before, supervising software development processes, and

ensuring compliance of products with compliance requirements specific to the slot gaming

industry. This person will

● 100% remote possible

● CEST time zone 10am-6pm (flexible and adjustable)

● At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the technology or gaming

industry.

● Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

● Ability to efficiently analyze compliance requirements.

● Knowledge of project- and software version-management tools.

● Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

● Very good knowledge of English.

● Preference will be given to people with experience in implementing agile methodologies,

in particular in carrying out the transition to agile methodologies in a business

organization
