We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility over bank and credit cards reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable Management – Adding new vendors, recording purchase orders, bills recording and payments processing
• Account Receivable Management – Documenting contracts and adding new customers, invoices issuing and collection monitoring
• Managing bookkeeping records in a multi-entities environment including intercompany accounting and relevant reconciliations
• Performing periodical closing tasks as Month/Quarter/Annual closing Including involvement in 3rd party audit process
• Performing monthly reports to the different institutions
• Interactions with international functions as partners, vendors, customers, and others
• Performing Ad-Hoc tasks and supporting the ongoing business

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience as a bookkeeper in a global High-Tech company
• Experience with NetSuite - advantage
• Certified bookkeeper (Type 1+2)
• High level of English (must) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with reporting to the institutions
• Experience working in a multiple currency environment
• Experience with audit-readiness processes
• Knowledge and understanding in accounting and best practices
• Well organized with high attention to details and ability to build processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
