Design Team Lead

Calling all creative minds to join our team as a Studio Designer lead!

In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints. You'll bring fresh ideas to life and craft stunning design assets that tell our story, engage our audience, and elevate our brand to new heights. Join our team and play a key role in shaping a visually impactful brand presence that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Led a team of studio designers, ensuring both creative and practical excellence in all projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Develop innovative design concepts that integrate product design elements seamlessly into our brand collateral, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand experience.
• Create and maintain design assets, including but not limited to logos, typography, color palettes, illustrations, and layouts, that reflect our brand's essence.
• Translate abstract concepts into tangible design strategies, balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and usability.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, contributing unique insights and fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing design teams, processes, and projects, from ideation to execution - MUST!
• Proven ability to drive innovation, motivate teams, and deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget - MUST!
• Bachelor's in Design or Visual Communication - MUST!
• Killer Portfolio: Show us your design chops (diverse projects with great technique, design thinking, and product/data viz skills)
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch & Others.
• A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Solves problems with innovative design solutions, boundary-pushing ideas & Exceptional creativity
