Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at HYK Ventures. As a Controller, you will be responsible for daily financial management activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and overseeing operational accounting functions. You will also be involved in providing strategic financial advice and support to clients, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong background in accounting and finance
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Knowledge of operational accounting functions
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
