We seek a Senior UX Designer who can make a significant difference and collaborate with us to craft something truly extraordinary.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and user needs.
• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of user experiences for various projects.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, stakeholder input, and usability findings.
• Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all design deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process - a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Design from a reputable institution (Bezalel, Shenkar, HIT) - a must.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
