Your Role:

As a Financial Controller you will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). within your responsibilities you will oversee all day-to-day financial operations for the company, manage the accounting team, spearhead the development of advanced internal controls, systems, processes, and corporate products and collaborate with other teams on global structuring and tax planning for company clients.

Key tasks:

1. Supervise all accounting functions, including financial statement preparation to the management;

2. Design and maintain strong financial controls, implementing scalable processes and driving efficiency improvements across the business;

3. Identify and manage financial risks, working closely with the CFO on strategies and ensuring the business is compliant and prepared for internal and external audits;

4. Contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness of the team;

5. Contribute to the development of the company's products;

6. Introduce and renew financial policies.

Your profile:

1. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance/ or legal fields, with preference given to candidates with a CPA license;

2. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Hebrew and Russian a must, good conversational English is required, other languages are appreciated;

3. Solid understanding of tax, accounting, financial processes and regulatory environment related to International financial holdings or investment groups field;

4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
