Are you ready to take the helm of over 150 plugins and leverage 700+ unique data evidence points to empower our customers in navigating their tech landscape and meeting their GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) objectives? If so, we want you on our team!

Your Role:

As our Integration Product Manager, you'll own a main part of anecdotes’ ComplianeOS product, and be accountable to our plugins offering. Reporting to the CPO, you will be an integral part of the product department and function as the PM for a dedicated Integrations R&D team. 

Leading the plugin development in a mature product with hundreds of integration requests, your mission would be to design, shape and orchestrate the scale phase of the integration development cycle to answer the market demand.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Strategic Integration Development Methodology: Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft a holistic integration strategy aligned with our organizational goals.
• Build for scale: Design and develop efficient methodologies and tools which facilitate our hyper growth and the demand for hundreds of integrations.
• Pioneering API Research: Dive deep into API exploration to unearth new opportunities and enhance existing integrations.
• Prioritization and Management: Juggle multiple tasks and customer inquiries with finesse, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are mitigated.
• Effective Communication: Serve as the bridge between customers and our internal teams, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Technical Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our R&D teams to drive innovation and address integration-related challenges.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage in meaningful discussions with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships across the organization, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Product.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and drive initiatives to optimize our integration practices for the future.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-4 years experience in developing / maintaining integrations at scale, in roles such as Technical Solutions Manager, Integration Manager, or Product Manager.
• Proficiency in API design, systems integration, SQL, and HTTP protocol.
• Strong analytical prowess coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Project Management skills - Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with exceptional project management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Development Background: Familiarity with software programming is a plus.
• GRC Experience: Prior experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance industry is advantageous.
