Affiliate Academy Description
We are opening an affiliate academy, for about 3 weeks between June 9, 2024 and June 27, 2024.
We will provide a comprehensive package of studies on both the world of affiliation and the iGaming industry.
The content will be delivered by industry best affiliate managers, both from within and outside the organization.
The academy will take place for 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) from the office at Mezada street in Bnei-Brak, B.S.R 4 building (near Ayalon mall).
We are looking to recruit up to 10 juniors to the academy, in the hope that we will be able to recruit 2 to 3 of them to the organization after the studies.
Important for you >> The studies are under a temporary employment contract between the organization and the student, on an hourly wage basis.

Junior affiliate account manager
Role Description
As a Junior Affiliate Account Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and growing relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring and analyzing campaign performances, optimizing conversion rates, and implementing strategies to increase affiliate program revenue. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, provide support to affiliate partners, and evaluate and onboard new affiliates.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition, retention and activation of new partners. identify new clients opportunities.
- developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of clients.
- manage KPI, analyses of campaigns, reporting & working according to ROI results.
- actively monitoring and analyzing reports, data and results.
- search & identify suitable affiliates - negotiate & create new profitable accounts.
- initiate promotions and customized incentives to maximize affiliate activities.
- develop new channels and broaden activities.
- analyze & optimize results and affiliate activity.
- working closely with CS and CRM department to optimize traffic.
- manage the information & needs from the affiliate program.
