Sales professionals

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Onboard new European clients to our services
• Contact prospective clients (in a B2C warm-lead structure) by phone and email 
• Use service knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
• Use CRM to track progress with client prospects
• Display professionalism and sensitivity regarding financially related matters
• Meet monthly KPIs and sales objectives

Job requirements include: 

• Fluent in at least one European language, with good spoken English (for European work hours)
• English mother tongue (for North America working hours)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Previous working experience as a client phone sales agent (strongly preferred)
• Computer literacy and tech savviness 
• Capacity to learn quickly and independently
• High energy, persistence and perseverance 
• Good time management and organization
• Ability to maintain a high-paced office-based position
