Lead Systems Architect

Job Description: 

JobTestPrep seeks a highly skilled and experienced Lead Systems Architect to join our talented R&D team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and deploying resilient, scalable systems and a strong knowledge of cloud computing, software development, and architectural best practices. In this role, you will spend at least 30% of your time engaged in hands-on development and implementation tasks, ensuring that your architectural designs are well-grounded in practical application. 

Responsibilities: 

• Led architecture and design of innovative system architectures, focusing on scalability, reliability, and integration with existing platforms. 
• Collaborate with varied team members to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements. 
• Assess and endorse technological instruments, methods, and workflows to guarantee a superior quality product platform. 
• Guide developers through code reviews, focusing on code readability, efficiency, and adherence to architectural design patterns. 
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to assimilate their requirements into clear technical directives. 
• Uphold adherence to industry norms and architectural design patterns. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a correlated field. 
• Profound expertise with AWS cloud services and architectural paradigms. 
• Skilled in Python and/or .NET programming  
• Proficiency in both English and Russian to accommodate our distributed teams. 
• Documented history in formulating, crafting, and implementing scalable corporate solutions. 
• Acute analytical faculties and adept problem-solving capabilities. 
• Experience with remote and distributed team collaboration. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certifications in relevant technologies: AWS, Python, or .NET. 
• Former involvement in e-learning or examination preparation enterprises. 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies. 
• Agile development methodologies best practices.
