Companion Animals & Livestock Business Unit Manager

Job Description

The Companion Animals and Livestock Sales and Marketing Lead (“biopharma”) is responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies for products and services related to the company’s Biopharma market in all species.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing company's sales potential in all biopharma arena, including Companion Animals and Livestock, focusing our growth engines and exploring new business development opportunities with our new drugs & vaccines
• Manage and coach the sales manager and KAMs, set/approve quarterly cycle plan and targets that contain sales and qualitative ones.
• Manage the technical managers and guide them to effectively support the sales and marketing team, in alignment with the unit’s strategy, including preparing customers’ visit plan
• Work with close collaboration with the company’s digital & data lead and regulatory unit
• Preparing for each specie marketing and sales strategy for both the short and long term
• Preparation of presentations, brochures, leaflets, advertisements, videos, mass media tools and other marketing tools supplied and prepared by international marketing of our company. Organization and participation in conferences, seminars/congresses organized by the company.
• Achieving business intelligence regarding customer needs
• Customer mapping, creating trust and engagement, focusing on the top ones
• Manage our distributer to focus him on our priorities
• Strengthen our engagement with top and strategic customers, including meeting in the field and discussions on treatments and solutions
• Following the principles, guidelines, and corporate rules of our company, local regulation, and national legislation.
• As a significant part of the company’s management team, contribute to the company’s strategy, vision and position in front of the employees and the customers
  
  

Requirements

• B.A in Business & Marketing or health professional
• 4 years experience as a sales or marketing manager
• Experience in sales with direct customers
