Bookkeeper

XM Cyber is a hybrid cloud security company that’s changing the way innovative organizations approach cyber risk with their attack path management solution. We are looking for an organized, highly motivated, dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. You will be part of our day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing process.

About The Role

• Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices and maintaining approval flow and payments to our foreign vendors Assist with ongoing tasks related
• Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank accounts and credit card activities
• Manage invoices recording in the German company
• Responsible for travel & employee reimbursement system including reviewing expenses reports and maintaining approval flow
• Support all monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated closings
• Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities (VAT, Tax, etc.)
• Responsible for the Fixed assets management
• Assist and support in the external audit process
• Ad hoc accounting projects as needed

Requirements

• Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in managing NetSuite - Must
• Working in a multi-currency system
• Strong Excel skills
• A true team player willing to work under pressure
• Great communication skills, written and spoken in English – Mandatory
• Curious, proactive, loves to help others, and excited by getting things done
• Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
