Product Design Lead

3 early-stage companies in our portfolio are looking for their first Product Design Lead: one in the Fintech space, one in Cybersecurity, and the other in AI infrastructure. Each of them is seeking a talented and experienced Designer looking to solve complex UX challenges with creative and streamlined flows.

In each company, this Lead Designer role has the opportunity to shape the product direction, build and manage a team over time, and feel impact every day. While this is a fullstack product design opportunity (from wireframing to UX research), these companies are looking for candidates with a strong user experience orientation and ability to contribute strategically.

In these role, you will:

• Design new product concepts, user flows, wireframes and graphics, validating them with customers.
• Work along Product and Engineering to infuse these designs into our product.
• Be involved in user research and testing to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

For this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, including experience in delivering complex web enterprise grade applications.
• Experience designing B2B products.
• Passion for creating innovative, simple, and user-friendly products.
• Proficiency in mockup tools such as Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
