Backend Tech Lead

A large-scale national security organization actively engaged in significant national operations is seeking for a Backend Tech Lead.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain the architecture for unique end-to-end mobile and backend solutions

Responsible for training and mentoring developers

Collaborate closely with fellow development teams and product management

Explore emerging technologies to enhance stability scalability and performance

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience working in agile methodologies.

At least 3 years of practical experience with python/Java development- must.

At least 3 years as part of a full-stack development team

At least 3 years in object-oriented language development

Proven ability to design, deliver and execute end-to-end solutions.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering Computer Engineering Or a military course in an elite tech unit.

Advantages

Solid understanding of cloud system architecture with focus on AWS.

Experience with systems hosted on on-prem VMWare ESXi environments.

Experience with mobile system development, with focus on Android platform.
