Director of Product Management

Cello Technologies is an established global leader in urban mobility. The company is dynamic and rapidly changing, focusing on the development of a modern and comfortable parking payment solution to meet the growing market demand. We've invented the world's first parking payment application that uses cellular technology to make the parking experience simple, quick, and easy for all customers. Cello operates in over 400 municipalities, parking lots, and university campuses in three countries with different languages. Our global system covers more than 300,000+ parking spots, both on- and off-street, and processing hundreds of millions of transactions each year.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for you to join us as a Director of Product Management to define, and execute our vision, innovation strategy and future roadmap.

What will you do:

Market Engagement: Leveraging Insights from Customers, Partners, and Advisory Board to gather feedback to define Product Roadmap, Vision, and Competitive Analysis.

Product Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.

Roadmap Planning - Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and product teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap and user experience.

Product Execution - Oversee the end-to-end product execution lifecycle, from concept to launch

Work processes - Building and implementing structured work processes in the department.

Product Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance and success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.

Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers and designers to reach their utmost potential.

The Director of Product reports directly to the CEO and participates in strategic decisions within the company.

Qualifications:

· 10 years of experience in product management, with 5 years in a Product management leadership role.

· Proven experience in product companies or consumer mobile applications, as well as urban mobility and the

automotive industry-big advantage.

·Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products to market.

·Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

·End-to-end experience in B2B2C

· Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.s in the position
