About the Company

We are a leading provider of complex building envelope solutions for office towers, luxury residences, and public buildings. We operate on the largest projects in the market and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Manage the project lifecycle from project intake to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure the successful execution of the project.
Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and schedules.
Represent the company at meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management.
5+ years of experience in planning and leading complex projects as an engineer.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Strong understanding of the construction industry and aluminum industry (a plus).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
