K2view, a leading software product for Data Management is looking for a training specialist to join the company in its challenging product growth period.

Job Description:

A training specialist who will join the training department as a major contributor to the following areas:

• Establishing e-learning courses on LMS system for our newly branded products.
• Conduct Instructed led training (ILT) to our customers.
• Support E-learning activities:

Conduct Q&A sessions with the customers.

Allocate environments.

Generate training progress reports and dashboards to management.

• ·Maintain and enrich our existing e-learning courses to be aligned with recent releases.
• Work closely with the product team to gain product skills and deep understanding of our knowledge base.
• Act as a leader within the Company.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
• B.Sc. in computer science or similar - advantage
• Proven experience as a training specialist of at least 3 years in high tech company in the data management field.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
• Great presentation skills
• Experience with SQL

• The position is located in Yokneam, working remotely 2 days per week.
