BIM Manager and MEP Coordinator

BIMLab is an architectural planning and BIM (Building Information Modeling) specialist for AEC and the design industry. We offer BIM management, MEP coordination, and architectural planning services using the newest tools and practices in the AEC industry. Our expertise includes coordination, clash detection, constructability analysis, quantity take-off, time, and cost estimation (4D and 5D). We extensively use Revit as a BIM tool to support our BIM processes and methodologies.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Manager and MEP Coordinator at BIMLab. The BIM Manager and MEP Coordinator will be responsible for managing BIM processes, coordinating MEP (Mechanical Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and providing architectural planning support. This role requires on-site presence at our location in Petah Tikva.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination skills.
• Experience in virtual design and architecture.
• Proficiency in MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of Revit and other BIM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project design teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the AEC industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
