Job Title: Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Equity-base

Company: Your own startup!!! (spun out by Salfati Group Studio)

Location: Remote (Israel, DACH, US), ideally Zurich region for potential face-to-face meetings.

Company Introduction:

Salfati Group Studio is a venture studio fund that aims to eliminate recurring challenges in the product-market fit process. We are currently developing an innovative solution to revolutionize the way users interact with documentation and manuals. We are creating an AI video agent that provides real-time explanations and demonstrations for our customers' systems. We believe that knowledge is the key to customer adoption and we are looking for a motivated, tech-driven individual to join us in our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing an in-context AI video agent focusing on the MVP.

2. Managing the growth of the product, technology adoption, and innovation.

3. Creating and implementing the technology roadmap.

4. Hiring and guiding a successful tech team.

5. Financial forecasting for technological resources.

Skills & Experience:

We are seeking a candidate with:

1. Proven work with AI Video Generation (either open-source or a product they can showcase).

2. Experience with Backend (Python/Node/etc) and Frontend (Vue/React/etc) technologies.

3. Experience with a cloud provider.

4. High-level English proficiency.

Desired Traits:

The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial, agile, innovative, and a team player. They should also be driven to make a positive impact on the world through technology.

Reporting Structure:

The candidate will report to the studio partner until an additional founder is hired (post-initial sales).

Travel:

There may be a requirement for future travel as the company grows.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a high equity stake until a seed round has been closed. Part-time employment alongside another job is accepted.
