Role Description

We are currently seeking an Operations and Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing budget-based development plans, fostering cooperation within our company team, and leveraging advanced technologies to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Big Head and Strategic Vision: We need someone who can think big picture and lead with strategic foresight.
• Building Budget-Based Development Plans: Experience in crafting development plans within budget constraints is essential.
• Ability to Cooperate with the Company Team: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge and Use of Advanced Technologies: Proficiency in leveraging advanced technologies to optimize operations.
• Analytical Ability and Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data analysis.
• Experience in Submitting Tenders: Previous experience in submitting tenders would be a significant advantage.
