Senior Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are currently looking for Senior Backend Developers to join our dynamic and innovative team.

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for building the infrastructure that makes the transformation for a bank from its on-prem legacy systems to our innovative cloud-based services seamless.

You will be in charge of understanding the requirements, planning the infrastructure, and implementing it in a scalable and efficient way.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Node.js, Python and TypeScript

- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3) and other cloud technologies is highly advantageous

- Build and manage databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity

- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, both independently and in collaboration with the team

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
