The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our cloud native solutions on AWS. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the technological future of banking services, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure cloud native solutions using AWS to support banking operations.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in cloud architecture, including microservices and serverless technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and security guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Conduct systems analysis and recommend solutions to improve resilience, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and potential applications in the banking sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a cloud computing environment, specifically using AWS.
• Strong knowledge of cloud service management, serverless architectures, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience in the fintech sector, particularly in banking, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with various teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in AWS architecture is highly desirable.
