Agile & Jira Expert

Job title:

1. Defining a work methodology in the world of PI planning and adapting it to the organizational culture .

2. Accompanying and implementing the divisional PI process: working with the PI Planning methodology in front of the Scrum teams in the division, project managers, PO's and other leaders

3. Balancing workloads in the Agile world - creating a departmental standard for managing Velocity and the workloads of the teams with a forward-looking view.

4. Management of systems and tools - Jira and Sciforma system. Collection of user needs, characterization, testing, implementation and training in the field.

5. Defining a uniform work standard and implementing it among project managers while adapting to the agile methodology and the unique needs of each project.

6. Building work methods and controls adapted to agile work, from the Jira system.

7. KPIS department indicators - creating department indicators in the Agile world and adapting them to the department's methodology and strategic needs. Construction and ongoing control

8. Working with multiple interfaces, working with external consultants, leading change while managing objections and harnessing the process

Job requirements:

• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple tasks, working under pressure and challenging schedules

• High level of service and ability to include users

• Extensive knowledge of the Jira system - mandatory

• Good familiarity with Agile methodology while working alongside Scrum teams - mandatory

• Degree in industrial engineering and management/ other relevant degree - mandatory

• Excellent mastery of Excel - mandatory

• Familiarity with the SAFe methodology - a significant advantage

• Familiarity with project management/PMO methodology - an advantage
