R&D Projects Manager

Prisma-Photonics, is a startup company, developing the next-generation smart-infrastructure solution based on novel fiber-sensing technology (smart roads, smart cities, perimeters, and grid monitoring, etc.). We are seeking a leader for our projects team, tasked with establishing and taking ownership of our R&D-wide project approach. Our new R&D Projects Manager will be in charge of setting and communicating project goals, setting work plans with the various groups, tracking and reflecting progress, and making decisions to optimize customer delivery and strategic goals. They will own the roadmap and derived sprint planning on JIRA, coordinate with product and customer success teams' deliverables and deployments, and facilitate the meetings and gatherings related to the projects.

Requirements:

• BSc. or higher degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering. 
• 10 years of experience as a project manager. At least 5 as a development project manager in a multi-disciplinary company, with products and services to large-scale markets. 
• End-to-end experience in JIRA software tools including project setup, workflows, schemes, groups, boards, sprint management, and release management.
