Product Manager

JobTestPrep, an E-learning company operating globally, is currently seeking a Product Manager. Join our product team as we build it from the ground up. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our products. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, lead design requirements and specifications, work with development teams through the delivery process, and push for customer adoption of new tools

Job Description:

⦁ Translate the product strategy and roadmap into abstracted product requirements and specifications.

⦁ Self-learn approach and ability to understand complex systems, including processes, product integrations, Interfaces, and technical architecture.

⦁ Be the owner of product planning, requirements, and execution of the product life cycle.

⦁ Assist in product strategy development by understanding product differentiation, unique capabilities, and gaps.

⦁ Work with the UI/UX and industrial designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and product designs.

⦁ Establish a close working relationship with engineering to ensure a rapid time-to-market.

⦁ Maintain and execute according to the product roadmap.

⦁ Define and follow KPIs for the team and the product.

Job Requirements:

⦁ A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Product Manager is required.

⦁ You are experienced in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle.

⦁ You have a proven ability to drive products and effectively communicate with different stakeholders such as Development, Research, Marketing, Business, and C-level personnel.

⦁ Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

⦁ Advantage - You have experience with EdTech and HRTech products.

⦁ Fluency in English – written and spoken.
