We are seeking for a skilled and innovative Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

- Managing payroll and attendance system, preparing salaries for approximately 500 company employees.

- Onboarding employees into the payroll system.

- Completing employment terminations and preparing Form 161.

- Reporting to tax authorities and national insurance.

- Handling employee social benefits regarding pension schemes and insurance companies.

- Providing continuous interface support with the HR department on all payroll matters and offering assistance to all company employees.

Job Requirements:

- Certified payroll accountant.

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a payroll accountant.

- Experience in preparing Form 161, filing claims to the National Insurance Institute for accidents, maternity leave, reserve duty, etc.

- Proficiency in labor laws and updates.

- Proficiency in Excel.

- Significant advantage for experience in a Hilan payroll system.

- Ability to work with high workloads, multiple dynamics, and interface multiplicity.
