Deputy Plant Manager

Join our team as a Deputy Plant Manager in Rehovot, stepping into a plant management reserve position in our factories.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead wide-ranging projects and processes in coordination with the plant manager.

- Manage and control operational metrics.

- Optimize resources at a plant level with a holistic view of their utilization.

- Oversee the Production, Planning, and Control (PPC) activities, synchronizing various operational units.

- Continuously explore avenues for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.

- Fill in for the plant manager when absent.

🔹 What You Need:

- Bachelor's degree is a must; preference for degrees in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration. Master's degree is a plus.

- Significant experience (minimum two terms) in production or operational management roles in a manufacturing plant.

- Experience in managing a business unit (profit and loss), including budget management, is advantageous.

- Familiarity with excellent operational methodologies (LEAN) is a plus.

- Experience in matrix management and project leadership is a bonus.
