Project Coordinator

SIGNAL Group is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator with at least 1-year experience in project management or two years working experience. 

Project Coordinator Position - Coordinate SIGNAL Group's academic programs in China and India. Liaise with international faculty, manage the visiting faculty and coordinate with partners in Israel. The position reports to the Director of Operations and Communications and also includes: 

·   assisting with organizing and arranging international policy and academic trips and events.

·   managing web content in coordination with the research, policy, and academic departments.

·   assist in managing social media content. 

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English with a high level of Hebrew 

2. Highly organized and responsible 

3. Ability to take initiative, work independently and efficiently 

4. Attention to detail and good time management skills

5. Ability to take thorough, clear, detailed notes 

6. Good computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office software, Google Calendar, Google Drive 

Added Value 

1. Experience or background regarding China and the Indo-Pacific 

2. Experience working with the Israeli government 

3. Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign or similar 

4. Social Media Management background

5. Experience working with Mailchimp, WordPress, Elementor, Canva, Facebook, X, LinkedIn - an advantage
