We are looking for a product manager to join our talented product team. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves and enjoys building, designing, defining and describing products. Someone who is a great communicator but also has a superior attention to detail. An analytical thinker who is able to make sense of huge amounts of data and see the meaning behind them. A team player who is able to take complete ownership and be a leader in his domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the product: recognize, identify and validate customer needs, define product requirements, collaborate with designers, developers, and QA to deliver solutions to these needs.
• Manage the product development lifecycle: define MVP’s, create wireframes, mockups, user flows, timelines, release plans, launch and analysis.
• Write product specifications that dive deep into the product, user experience and technical requirements.
• Gather insights via data analysis, customer interviews and usability testing in order to continue improving the product and make data driven decisions.
• Monitor product and business performance, and drive action as needed to achieve business success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in product management roles. Preference for B2C experience.
• Proficient in writing detailed requirement documents. Ability to articulate complex ideas in writing and in person.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly analytical, experienced in performing large scale data analysis.
• Able to multi-task priorities and projects.
• Innate UX / UI understanding.
• Have the ability to translate user needs and business opportunities into features and amazing user experiences.
• Excellent English.
• BA/MA/BSc/MSc in related fields
