Mobile Team Leader

We are seeking an excellent experienced Mobile team leader to join our growing R&D engineering group to recruit, manage and lead a new team accountable for our premier, user-facing products (B2C).

In this role, you will take an integral part in designing, building, and maintaining an online mobile front-end app that allows our end users to manage their trading portfolios.

The work includes integrating existing and new back-end micro-services and facilitating a team to achieve these. You will be using innovative technologies, with an emphasis on high performance, scalability, and availability.

On this role you will:

• Manage & lead the team of app developers
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms
• Integrate third-party APIs
• Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications
• Collaborating with Design, PM and other SDK leads to improve the consistency between our implementations
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing mobile dev teams.
• extensive experience in design and development mobile applications.
• At least 2 years of professional experience with at least two of the follower (React Native, Kotlin, Flutter ,etc).
• Previous experience working in high scale production environments, handling performance and scalability challenges.
• In-depth understanding of Agile development methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and user experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
  
  

• Ability in leading Full Stack engineers on web apps
• Experience working in a Linux environment and with containers (Docker).
• Knowledge of building advanced micro-frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of robust trading platforms.
