Are you a skilled and dynamic individual with a knack for turning potential leads into loyal customers? We are seeking a talented Conversion Agent to join our team in Cyprus. As a Conversion Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, increasing conversions, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Implement conversion strategies to turn leads into active customers
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the conversion process
  
  

• Proven experience in conversion optimization or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Fluency in Italian, French and English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
