Senior Delivery Manager – Israel

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling among our Israeli clients. In this role, you will ensure exceptional service delivery by meeting and exceeding client expectations, promptly addressing and resolving issues, and establishing a partnership to understand clients' business needs and future. Finally, you will create a business cooperation model between Poland and Israel, with support from Scalo’s other departments.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Developing business opportunities, based on the information from external and internal customer sources
• Up-selling assigned accounts by extensions/prolongations of the service and finding new opportunities for up-selling in other departments/units
• Establishing trusted relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure constant delivery
• Developing and implementing business plans in line with the organization’s goals (with assigned accounts)
• Managing financial performance of the assigned accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Planning, implementation, controlling, and revision of group of contracts for a client (or a range of clients)
• Acquiring and employing relevant candidates in accordance with the organization's strategy - with support of a dedicated recruitment team
• Managing your IT Specialist teams

You'll thrive if you:

• Have at least 7 years of experience working as a Senior/Delivery Manager with clients from Israel
• Have strong knowledge of the Israeli IT market
• Have experience in working with IT outsourcing companies (experience in cooperation with companies from Poland or Ukraine is beneficial)
• Are experienced in change implementation and collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders
• Have excellent organizational skills in working with the client, including understanding client’s business needs
• Excel at organizing work effectively and setting priorities
• Are independent, proactive, conscientious, enjoy problem-solving, and have an analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
