Export Sales Manager

Established in 1985, we have a dedicated professional agronomist team that helps our customers achieve higher yields using less fertilizers, resulting in a sustainable and efficient solution. Our R&D department developed a high technology production line of water soluble fertilizers in 2003, which allowed us to expand our export department. Today, we export to numerous countries and work with leading distributors and farmers globally. Gat Fertilizers has six manufacturing sites located in Israel, Spain and Peru.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Manager, based in Kiryat-Gat. The Export Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day export operations, developing and implementing business plans, managing international trade activities, driving sales growth, and maintaining relationships with distributors and farmers around the globe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in export and international trade including sales, marketing and logistics
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Knowledge of international business practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage relationships with distributors and farmers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Full control in all of OFFICE programs
