Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with technical support and assistance. You will be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and chat
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Providing product training and support
• Documenting and escalating issues
• Maintaining a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or customer support environment is a plus
• Basic understanding of the internet and web applications is required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have a "Can Do" attitude
• A team player with organizational skills to also work independently
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow
