We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our cutting-edge applications and services that help our customers manage huge amounts of their security data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services within a microservices architecture using Java /Spring Boot and Python
• Deliver high quality features for our high-scale web environment
• Monitor the performance and cost of the services in production
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our technology stack and development processes
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers and UX/UI designers.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of proven backend development experience
• Experience working in a microservices environment, including AWS, Kubernetes, SQS, and Tilt
• Proficiency in various data stores such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB & Snowflake
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and deliver innovative solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in frontend development using React - an advantage
