We are looking for a Financial business analyst to join our excellent IS team. In this job you will be working closely with the Finance department and assist users on their day-to-day tasks and projects. You will collect requirements, provide solutions, implement new features and new capabilities to help the Finance department grow fast.

Responsibilities

• Support our rapidly growing company's Finance needs and own the complete design, discovery, planning, implementation, and UAT phases in NetSuite, Zone billingand other systems used by Finance.
• Support users on their day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting, data fixes and cleanups, reports, dashboards 
• Define requirements, provide best practice, scalable solutions with focus on user experience
• Manage user accounts, roles/profiles, and permissions for supported applications. Troubleshoot automations and triggers 
• Create new fields,forms,Integration, automations, searches
• Implement configuration changes and system enhancements based on business requirements while following established development standards and best practices
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as NetSuite implementer role as part of Information System team at a high growth SaaS software or at a consulting firm
• Hands-on experience with Zone advanced billing, Pigment or other planning tool, Spiff/ Commission systems - Advantages
• Ability to build workflows - Advantage
• Understanding finance business process (AR, AP, GL, Billing, Revenue, FA) best practices and functionality
• Experience in Pre IPO processes - an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be very well organized and able to work effectively in a nimble and fast-paced environment
• Effective problem solver, creative, shows ownership and wants to see issues resolved
• Capable of searching and learning new processes and tools
• Team player
• Very Good Written and spoken English
