Research And Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Manager at a multidisciplinary company in the north of Israel.

As a Research and Development Manager, you will lead and manage the research and development team, oversee projects, and ensure successful outcomes.

You will provide team leadership, project management, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, electronics, or a similar field is required.
• At Least 3 Years experience as a manager in a multidisciplinary company.
• Experience in team management and team leadership
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate and work with cross-functional teams
