UX/UI Designer

About the role:

• Take ownership of the UX/UI of the company’s products, from ideation to implementation.
• Creating design requirements based on product managers' problem definitions
• Creating and maintaining design systems for our different products
• Guiding our dev teams to ensure the product UX/UI, processes, guidelines, etc. are properly implemented and maintained
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to suggest improvements in products and processes
• Present product design ideas for cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and customers

Skills And Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a product designer
• Proven experience designing and simplifying complex products
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Proven experience defining and maintaining design systems or style guides for complex products
• Experience with Figma, Adobe
• Strong artistic skills, creativity, design, illustration, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities.
• Desire to learn new things and focus on solving complex product problems
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, quick decision-making within tight schedules
• Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, at an advanced level is essential for this role
• Additional skills in video editing, animation, and illustration would be advantageous
