I'm Dr. Carmit Hillel-Karniel, a scientist and clinical trial expert now on the verge of revolutionizing cancer care with Stealth-Mode Startup. My career spans across oncology, pre-clinical research, BioMed, Biotech, and AI-based healthcare platforms. I stand at the intersection of healthcare, science, and data with a persistent ambition to improve patient outcomes.

This venture is an early-stage pre-seed Health Tech startup, aims to deliver an advanced AI-driven Clinical Decision Support Platform. Leverages high-quality Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) to formulate personalized and cost-effective cancer treatment sequencing guidelines, addressing a significant gap in today's cancer care.

As we embark on this transformative journey, I'm searching for an extraordinary technical person, who has an entrepreneurial spirit, who is willing to fully collaborate, and is driven by passion to change and to impact. 

Co-Founder who can fill the role of CTO and build our R&D from the ground up.

Ideal Co-Founder/CTO Profile:

1. Data Science and Machine Learning Guru: An R&D leader with hands-on experience and deep knowledge in data science and machine learning.
2. Technical Leadership: Experience in managing technical teams and navigating the dynamic environment of a startup. Previous exposure to early-stage startups is highly desirable.
3. Team Player: A shared vision and a passion for making a difference are crucial. We are creating something meaningful that will revolutionize oncology care.

Additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Health Tech Background: Prior experience in the Health Tech industry, especially proficient in working with and analyzing RWD to interpret large datasets.
• Business (B2B) and financial strategy knowledge.
• Familiar and have strong connections with US Healthcare Insurers,
