Plant Manager for Manufacturing Platforms for the Defense Market

Key Responsibilities:

- Establishing a new plant, planning serial production lines

- Serving as the interface between engineering/R&D and production teams

- Managing production and quality assurance processes until delivery to customer

- Managing the workforce, providing training and professional development to ensure quality and efficient performance

- Managing the interface with operations and procurement departments

- Planning and managing project schedules, monitoring goal achievement, and adjusting workforce accordingly

- Managing budgets, conducting daily monitoring of production costs while identifying and measuring wear and tear

- Managing relationships and contracts with external suppliers required for manufacturing

- Maintaining regular communication with customers, understanding their requirements, and reporting progress

- Overseeing work processes, safety, and quality assurance within the plant to comply with stringent standards and requirements

Required Skills:

- Industrial Engineering and Management / MBA / Manufacturing degree

- Managerial and professional experience in the defense industry/military industries

- In-depth knowledge and ability to plan and implement serial production processes

- Willingness to work intensively in a dynamic environment

- High security clearance

- Residing in the center/south area of Israel
