Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage cutting-edge advertising and testing plans for organic and paid campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Build and maintain scalable dashboards to monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and conduct comprehensive campaign audits to identify untapped opportunities and optimize ROI.
- Automation and Efficiency: Identify and implement process automation solutions to enhance team productivity and reduce manual tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including hiring and managing freelancers, to drive project success and foster innovative content creation.
- Content and Community Management: Lead content strategy, including creation, curation, and management across multiple channels. Engage with online communities, manage submissions to platforms like Product Hunt, and build relationships that enhance brand presence and community growth.
- Innovative Social Media Initiatives: Pitch and implement innovative social media strategies to expand community reach and engagement, reflecting our core brand values.
- Email Marketing and CRM Integration: Oversee email automation strategies, manage nurturing campaigns, and produce detailed reports to track performance and lead generation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously test and refine marketing approaches, including A/B testing of campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to enhance user acquisition and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven Executor: Known for a relentless drive to see tasks through to completion, effectively managing, prioritizing, and executing multiple projects to deliver results on time.
- Exceptional Communication and Writing Skills: Outstanding copywriting and storytelling abilities, capable of crafting compelling messages and engaging digital content, enhancing both consumer engagement and brand presence.
- Proven Marketing Expertise: At least 3 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media management, social media strategy, and content marketing within a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
- Robust Analytical Abilities: Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Creative and Technical Skills: Experience with graphic design tools like Canva and familiarity with video and image creation tools for content production.
- Leadership and Project Management: Ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Performance Marketing Platforms: Proficient in using performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and tools for workflow automation and sales outreach like Zapier, Make, and Apollo. - Experience with Self-Serve Creative Tools: Skilled in using user-friendly creative tools aimed at non-designers, such as Canva, Adobe Express, PicMonkey, and Snappa, for quick and effective visual content creation.
