We are looking for an engineering excellence leader to join our Engineering Operation team, who will focus on promoting and ensuring excellence in all our engineering practices processes and outcomes

To excel in such position, a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for driving excellence in engineering

 What’s The Job

• Developing and implementing efficient engineering processes to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation
• Identify and track KPIs that are directly related to excellence in engineering practices and outcomes.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to foster skill development and maintain high technical standards.
• Ensuring that engineering work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Encouraging and supporting engineering teams to explore new technologies, methodologies, and approaches to problem-solving.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication between engineering teams and other departments. 
  
  

• Proven experience leading and overseeing complex engineering projects
• Proficient in software development concepts, technologies, and architectures is essential. this includes proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, databases, and other technical tools and platforms
• Deep understanding of the organization's goals, the specific context of the engineering domain, and the desired outcomes and create and track KPIs
• A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related fields.
• Track record of driving process improvement initiatives  to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, build strong relationships, and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Being adaptable and resourceful in responding to unexpected events.
