Business Development Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Israel! 🇮🇱

As a BD Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Familiarity with BPO and Tech industry (a few years of experience with BPO/Tech is a plus!)
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities.
• Proven years of experience in lead generation, sales, and open to work in onsite setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
