We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans that drive organic growth and align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Maintain key strategic customer relationships.
• Provide accurate quarterly analysis of ongoing sales performance and commit to meet the quarterly booking hard calls.
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute lead programs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Academic Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent (finance/business administration is possible)
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and industry trends, opportunity identification, and risk mitigation.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and oral, active listening, and ability to lead meetings and presentations.
• Drive & Results: Consistently exceeding targets, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high motivation.
• Ability to excel and collaborate effectively within a diverse, multinational work environment.
• Numeracy: Solid Numeracy skills, with the ability to adjust business models for the customer satisfaction, by advance negotiation skills.
Work Experience Requirements:
• At least 10 years of sales experience in direct sales of Software and/or VAS solutions to Tier 1 Mobile Operators Worldwide
• Proven sales experience and track record with complex software solutions
• At least 4 years in a senior management position with proven track record of:
o Building and enhancing global sales teams
o Managing multiple teams in different
geographies/cultures
o Generation of annual organic growth
o Acquisition of new logos
o Well connection to C-level and decision makers.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones, travel as needed.
• Fluent in English, other language is an advantage.
